Presented by the Black Coaches United

The Importance of Mental Health for Coaches

Coaches spend a lot of their time looking out for the well-being of others and seldom apply this same care to their own personal well-being.

This much-needed virtual event is presented from the minds of the Black Coaches United in order to shed light on an often overlooked aspect of coaching, the health of the coaches themselves.

Join us on Zoom to hear from speakers Dr. Kensa Gunter and Dr. LaKeitha Poole as they unpack the importance of mental health for coaches.
